Agipi much too strong for Andernos: 8-0

SCHILTIGHEIM - On the last day of the regular competition the team of Agipi showed his great qualities in the match against Andernos. The European champion defeated Andernos, the number two in Group 2, with a big score: 8-0. Frédéric Caudron was the most impressed of the evening with a win in fifteen innings against Roland Forthomme (50-24).

Agipi remained unbeaten in the competition and suffered only three match defeats. The current champion plays in the final stages against Clichy-Montmartre, the team that has barely seeded for the finals last night.

Caudron showed himself a true leader of the team by beating his rival Forthomme in a great style. He finished with an average of 3.333 and made a highest run of twelve.

Marco Zanetti towered far above his opponent Peter de Backer (50-24 in 28 innings), Jérémy Bury, who is shining with the cream of three cushion this year, won before the break against Francis Connesson (50-37 in 33) and Jean Christoph Roux remained unbeaten with his win against Marc Boigneres 50-41 in 36.
