Carlos Rivera new Pan-American president

GUEATEMALA - During a conference at the Junior World championship in Guatemala, Carlos Rivera has been elected as the new president of the Pan-American Confederation of UMB.

He saw one of the South Americans, Alejandro Piza from Colombia, penetrating to the best four in the World championships. He lost in the semifinals against the later champion, Haeng Jik Kim.
