Frédéric Caudron tied the match with Eddy Leppens in the equalizer.

Frédéric Caudron needed a final run of 32 to balance out the match with Eddy Leppens this evening. The multiple champion was attentive in his run and brought the parties on 200-200 in the equalizing inning. The match in the balkline 47/1 required eight innings.

Eddy Leppens, who doesn't have such a happy tournament so far, was the first to the finish, including a run of 81. He left Caudron behind with 168 points, but watched from his chair how his rival tied the match.

The two competitors stay in the race for the final victory in this discipline, in which Peter de Backer later in the evening plays his first match.
