Dick Jaspers, double win in Germany with 2 average in both matches

MAGDEBURG - Dick Jaspers took the maximum win in the German Bundesliga: two wins, both two average. His team Magdeburg climbed to the top three behind Bottroper BA and BCC Witten. The Dutch players Jean van Erp and Anno de Kleine play for Bottroper, that came one time in action in the double weekend and won 7-1 against GT Buer. BCC Witten lost the first place by a loss against Elversberg 5-3.

Jacob Haack Sörensen (Witten) and Jef Philipoom were the best winners. The Dane defeated Jean Paul de Bruijn 40-24 in 13 innings (3.077 of average), Philipoom defeated Lindemann 40-23 in 16. Bottroper tops the ranking with the maximum of six points out of three, followed by BCC Witten with 6 out of 4, Magdeburg with 5 out of 4, BC International and BC Munich with 4 out of 4.

Dick Jaspers shined with Magdeburg on Saturday with a win over Andreas Effler 40-18 in 20 and defeated Lütfi Cenet on 40-30 in 20 (high run 15) on Sunday. Eddy Leppens defeated Dave Christiani 40-25 in 23, Gerwin Valentijn took the win over Jef Philipoom 40-38 in 24, Jef Philipoom defeated Ronny Lindemann 40-23 in 16 , Jean van Erp played a draw against Stefan Galla: 40-40 in 27. Jean Paul de Bruijn lost twice, against Jacob Haack Sörensen and Thorsten Frings. Peter Ceulemans also was defeated by Thorsten Frings, Wesley de Jaeger by Pierre Soumagne and Barry van Beers by Klaus Bösel.
