COPENHAGEN - The champion team of BK Grøndalen has started the playoffs in the Danish championship with two wins. In two matches, against Randers BK and Vejle BK, there was only one loss in eight games. Hans Laursen couldn't stop Danny Sörensen: 50-32 in 45 innings.

In the second match against Vejle BK the champion took the maximum score. Dion Nelin had the best average in his team in both matches. He won twice in 33 innings, an average of 1,515. Brian Knudsen, playing for Albertslund BK, also had a strong opening. He defeated Benny Staalbo with a riant score: 50-19 in 32.

Grøndal BK - BK Randers 6-2:

Dion Nelin shone with a victory over coming on-man Thomas Andersen, in which match he underlined his current form. The 'grand old man' Hans Laursen had no chance at the other table against the young Danny Sörensen. Lars Dunch had a strong start for the champions by beating Johnny Søgaard 50-29 in 55 innings. Yet there was a sensation in the air, because Tonny Carlsen was in trouble in his match with Flemming Gross, but Carlsen used his experience, played some safety and finished with one point ahead: 50-49 in 55.

Vejle BK - BK Albertslund 3-5:

The final match in this meeting, between Brian Knudsen and Allan Schröder, brought the win to Albertslund. Knudsen did it in a flawless match, the best on Saturday, in 32 innings with a run of nine. Allan Schröder forced a tie against Allan Keith by a run of seven in the equalizer, but Albertslund had already took the overall victory.

the day (11).

BK Grøndal - Vejle BK 8-0:
The Vejle's team seemed to have bigger problems with the new material than the champions. So the sensation of 2009, when Vejle BK by surprise grabbed the title, will not be repeated. Claus Föge was the only one who was close to Lars Dunch at the finish, but he lost 50-46 in 60 innings.

Dion Nelin, Brian Zola Hansen and Tonny Carlsen all three played over one average and finished with a large advantage over their opponents.
