PRAAG - The Anag Billiard club in Prague is pleased to announce to have signed a contract with Eddy Leppens, one of the best all-round players in the world, for the next season. The Belgian will play for the Anag team in the European championship classic disciplines.
Leppens, along with his girlfriend Andrea, accepted an invitation from Mr. Vited to come to Prague, where he signed the contract with the club Anag. In addition, with the support of Czech billiard federation, was a training camp was held in which Leppens was sharing his valuable 1-cushion experience to juniors Adam Baca and Ondrej Hosek.
After the training, a handicap tournament in 3-cushion took place to celebrate the 40th birthday of Marek Faus. The tournament had a surprising but deserved winner: Mr. Jiří Vitek, for several years successfully supporting Czech players and organizes tournaments on both the international and Czech scene. He showed his great improvement on the billiard table and defeated Eddy Leppens in the group stage and also in the final match.
Club Anag thanks Eddy Leppens for a great experience and hopes that the team can prepare an attack to the highest positions in Europe with the Belgian star player.
