Frédéric Caudron has a blistering start: 30 in 4

ZUNDERT – There are still four matches to go, but it needs a little miracle to not have the two big favorites in the final. Dallinga/Frans Bevers and TOVV.nl/MCR have started off the second session of the semi-finals at 12.00. The Sluiskil team of Dallinga and TOVV from Vlaardingen have taken a 4-0 lead in the evening session yesterday (Saturday).

Frédéric Caudron and Eddy Leppens for Dallinga and Eddy Merckx and Frans van Kuyk for TOVV are supposed to build up to a final win. That would mean that the two top teams play the final today at 15.00.

Dallinga is meeting A1 Biljarts in the second part (Caudron-Burgman, Leppens-Blauwblomme) and TOVV faces Holland Mineraal (Merckx-Coklu, Van Kuyk-De Kleine).

Caudron and Leppens need two winnings sets together to decide the match. Frédéric Caudron did already an amazing job. He finished his first set against Raimond Burgman with runs of 9 and 6 (15 in 2) and his second set with 14 and 1 (15 in 2).
TOVV has to win at least one match to be sure after the two 3-2 wins last night.

TOVV.nl/MCR is the reigning cup winner in Zundert. Dallinga/Frans Bevers has never won the cup before. Crystal Kelly is the record winner with five wins, Van Donge en De Roo won the cup three times.
