LOCHUM The performance in Hoogeveen, during the World championship for juniors, was'nt what he had imagined, but Glenn Hofman gradually is going to be a big boy in billiard. He showed it again today in his match with Delta Fast. The 20-year-old talent made a great impression in the away game of his team in Lochem, where Delta met the team of DBL Holland. Glenn Hofman triumphyed in his match against Henri Tilleman 50-19 in only 24 innings.

The young semi-professional, living in The Hague, was one of the best players in the third round of the Dutch competition. ,,I made some runs of six and finished with seven'', he said. ,,What suprised me a little was that I had no opposition from Tilleman. I could play relaxed during the whole match.''

The team of Glenn Hofman did'nt have such a good day, because Eddy Leppens, who plays on high wings in the Belgian competition and grabbled the European title for teams last week, now lost without any chance against Murat Naci Coklu (50-26 in 28 innings). Jean Paul de Bruijn is still searchin for his first win in three rounds. He lost again, now against Stefan Galla (50-40 in 38).
