Kasidokostas and Nelin in spotlights in evening session

Dion Nelin is the leader in his group after he beat Roland Forthomme, the two times semi finalist in Agipi Masters.

The cards are not shuffled, but in Group a of the Agipi Masters three players will battle on the last day for two places in the next round. Dion Nelin remained unbeaten in his match tonight and made an almost certain end to the chances of Roland Forthomme to prolongate his high positions of the previous years. Filipos Kasidokstas took his place in the spotlights by a victory over Glenn Hofmann.

Kasidokostas and Nelin stil need a little work, because Sung-Won Choi, the Korean who had a free round tonight, is a strong competitor in the final round. Kasidokostas and Nelin both gathered four points, Nelin in two matches, Kasidokostas in three. Choi collected two match points in two matches. The Greek nevertheless has a better average (2.068) than Nelin (1.818) and Choi (1.667).

Tomorrow in the denouement of this group Nelin has to face Hofman and Choi, Kasidokostas has a free round and then must beat Forthomme to be sure of qualification. Choi of course is also in the race, he meets on the last day Forthomme and Nelin.

That means that there's gonna be an exciting last day. Tonight's matches didn't have that much tension, because Nelin in his match with Forthomme made a decisive breakaway in the 25th inning with a run of eleven. He then cleared the job flawlessly: 50-30 in 28 innings.

Kasidokostas on the other table also had little trouble with Glenn Hofmann. The Greek decided the mat with a run of twelve road, ran to 26-17 and then finished on 50-29 in 20 innings.
