TURNHOUT - The match between Frédéric Caudron and Torbjörn Blomdahl, the world's numbers one and two in three cushion, will be the highlight of the four-day billiards gala in Turnhout, Belgium. Guy van Litsenborg from Biljart Express is the organizer. Raymond Ceulemans and Semih Sayginer are also invited to the gala, which was launched with a reception.
The program ends on Sunday with the match between Caudron and Blomdahl to 60 points with a 20 seconds time clock. The match starts at 15.00, the day will be closed with an exhibition of Semih Sayginer.
Guy van Litsenborg speaks about a great start. ,,We have already collected for 1700 euros for the charity, which this gala is intended. That's a huge success to start. That amount includes a five hundred euro donation of Biljart fabrikant Verhoeven.''

The organizer is hoping for a big crowd to watch the matches. ,,It should be a huge promotion for billiard sports, that's why the entrance is free for everyone.''

Tonight at 19.00 the sessions with matches to 20 points start in Biljart Express with the top players and the players of the Biljart Express team.
