SLUISKIL - High in the tribunes the Mexican Luis Avila celebrated his own party. Torbjörn Blomdahl had an easy start in his group with Ramon Hamm and the Korean kung Dong Gang. ,,Yes'', he said, ,,it's felt like a good warming-up.'' But nevertheless the Swede was at his best in both games. Against Kang he also played at times majestic, although he lost one set, but he finished 3-1 and averaged 2.722.
Kim Kyung Roul is still looking for the good rhythm, but he is in the provisional rankings after qualifying round the number one for this moment with two 3-0 victories. Also against the Korean Julio Morales he wasted no set.
