The Campos bros organize the artistic tournament on 7 and 8 February

MEXICO - The Mexican billiards players have got rid of the suspension they were penalized for by its own federation and the UMB (world federation) due to late payments. That means for both countries that they may perform again in international tournaments and are allowed to organize.

The brothers Alan and Daniel Campos (Billar Total Mexico) responded with the organization of a great artistic tournament on February 7 and 8, called the Hanbat Cup. The event will be held in Mexico in the Ixatpaluca esdatdo in Billar Club Lalo.

The Mexican federation was allowed to send two players to the World championships for nation teams in Viersen, but they didn't sign in when the deadline was passed. Jean Claude Dupont, president of UMB, confirmed that the suspension has been stopped indeed, but that the Mexican federation has not registered its players.

The World championship in Viersen will be played with 24 teams, including three B teams. The participants will probably be announced tomorrow (Thursday).

The artistic tournament is played in Mexico with the best-known players from the country:
Roberto Rojas, Alan Campos and Daniel Campos.

The other players are Victor Campos, Jorge Escobar, Facundo Pireto, Antonio Pineda, Javier Lopez, Tello Lobato, David Olguin, Javier Rivas, Eli Martinez, Carlos Flores, Christian Roses, Andre Molina en Jose Avila.
