Ramon Rodriguez is playing for his own audience in Lima.

LIMA - The 48 players, who will play the World championship in Lima from 12 to 16 July, are known. The top of the world ranking is complemented by the players who have signed in by the confederations and the wildcards of the UMB.

The field of 48 players has been divided in groups of three, the winners proceed to the knockout round. The players are coming from 23 different countries:

Korea 6, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Peru 4, Japan and Turkey 3, Sweden, Mexico, Colombia and Egypt 2, Germany, Italy, Ecuador, Portugal, Denmark, Cyprus, Czech Republic, United States, Vietnam, Costa Rica and France one.

The Dutchman Jean Paul de Bruijn was told only yesterday that he will be the fourth player for his country to start in Lima. As known, Filipos Kasidokostas and Jef Philipoom canceled thir participation for financial reason. Daniel Sánchez, who last year won after an exciting final against Eddy Leppens in Sluiskil, is defending his title in Lima.
