The stage of honor after the tournament in Erzurum

ERZURUM CITY - The high level Tayfun Tasdemir already showed in the New York tournament, was continued by the overall win in the Erzurum Grand Prix, where almost all Turkish top players came to the tables. Tasdemir defeated another of the Turkish star players this year, Can Capak, in the final 40-19 in 13 innings.

The Erzurum Grand Prix was excellently organized by Cevded Coskun, with a total of 96 participants, including Tayfun Tasdemir, Murat Naci Coklu, Adnan Yüksel, Can Capak, Gökhan Salman and Birol Uymaz and a thousand euros main prize.

Tayfun Tasdemir, Gökhan Salman, Can Capak and Erkan Akti reached the semi-finals. Tasdemir defeated Salman 40-37 in 20 innings and Capak beat Akti 40-22 in 23. Capak made a run of eleven in this match, the same as Tasdemir did in the final.

Tasdemir was sovereign in the final, where he left Capak far behind with 40-19 in 13 (average 3.076). Tayfun Tasdemir and Adnan Yüksel recorded the best overall averages.
