Therese for the triple in ladies cup

ROSMALEN - The title holder is Therese Klompenhouwer, the main challengers Gülsen Degener, Estela Cardoso, Jeannettte Jensen, Jaimie Buelens, Gerrie Geelen and Irena Hambilkova. Today, Friday, the third tournament for the European Ladies Cup starts in De Hazelaar in Rosmalen. Therese Klompenhouwer won the two previous tournaments in Rosmalen and is going up for the triple.

The opening ceremony is today, Friday afternoon at 2.30 pm, the first matches at 3 pm. In the first round Klompenhouwer is facing Spanish Ana Maria Clerico.

,, The Ladies Cup is a kind of European championship'', says Klompenhouwer. ,,The European championships are played every two years, so not this year, that's why we are playing for the title best of Europe in 2018.'' The tournament is from Friday to Sunday.
