Filippos Kasidokostas secured the draw for Andernos

ANDERNOS - On the penultimate day of the French league for teams, two matches ended in a draw and three times have definitely qualified for the final rounds: Laxou and Agipi shared the points on Wednesday, Andernos joins the top three by a draw against Albert.

Torbjörn Blomdahl and Martin Horn led their team of Laxou to an excellent result against the champion team Agipi (4-4). Martin Horn was again remarkably strong, like this Monday in the Belgian league.
Torbjörn Blomdahl and Frédéric Caudron played a sort of warm-up for the duel in Caseta Nova, Spain today. Blomdahl was by far the best.

In the Bassin d'Arcachon, a crucial match was played between Andernos and Albert for the occupation of the top three places. Veteran Francis Connesson took the first match points for the home team against young Kévin Perrotin 50-33 in 34.

Kurt Ceulemans had a better start than Roland Forthomme, built up a small lead and maintained it until the end of the match: 50-42 in 44. It was the second consecutive win for Kurt in one week against the former Belgian champion: Ceulemans won on Monday in the Belgian league for his team Mr. 100 Lier.

Andernos forced the final qualification after the break by Filippos Kasidokostas's victory against Peter Ceulemans. The Greek made the final gap at 30-31, including a run of 10 and eventually won 50-37 in 26 innings.

Cédric Melnytschenko balanced the score with an excellent win against Jérôme Barbeillon 50-36 in 38.
