Top billing in bundesliga: Magdeburg-Bergisch

MAGDEBURG - The German Bundesliga is featuring the final phase of the season with a double meeting on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th March. The next six rounds will decide which team will be the successor of Ravensburger as champion. The current leader in the championship, Bergisch Gladbach, will set the scene with its stars Torbjörn Blomdahl, Martin Horn and Nikos Polychronopoulos.

Bergisch Gladbach is leading by one point ahead of Munich and two points at Magdeburg. As the only team from the top trio, Bergisch still has to play six matches, Munich and Magdeburg five matches. Bergisch will meet Magdeburg on Saturday, the teams that aims a revenge for the big los (8-00 in the first match. Torbjörn Blomdahl will not play, because the Supercup gala in Antwerp will roll out the red carpet for the Swedish world champioen and the Spanish World Cup winner Dani Sánchez on Saturday night. BC Munich plays at home against Ravensburger.

On Sunday morning, Bergisch travels to BCC Witten, Magdeburg meets BC Elversberg with Frédéric Caudron.
