Top matches to launche the LGU+ Cup

HANAM - The fifth LGU Cup in Seoul, with seven European and nine Asian top players, has been kicked off today (Thursday) with the first rounds in the qualifiers with four flights of four. The best two from each group qualify for the eighth finals. The tournament is known for its high prize money with a total of 24,000,000 won and a top prize fort he winner of 65,000 in dollars.

The first pre-round matches are reserved for attractive matches, like Dani Sánchez-Semih Sayginer, Jae-Ho Cho-Sung-Won Choi, HaengJik Kim-Myung Woo Cho and Dick Jaspers-Tayfun Tasdemir.

Jae-Ho Cho and Quyet Chien Tran already started with winning matches in 11 and 15 innings (40 caroms).
