Jean Paul Six, president of the organization, is one of the players in the qualification rounds

LAXOU - The club Laxou with its president Jean Paul Six is hosting the second national ranking tournament, that starts today (Friday). The finals are on Sunday. Jérémy Bury tops the list thanks to a formidable victory in the first tournament in St. Maur.

The French champion shone with a forty caroms match in 9 innings (French record) and won the final against Jérôme Barbeillon.

The main players in the tournament are performing tomorrow (Saturday) in eight groups of three players. 72 players had registered for the tournament.

The preliminary rounds with Joel Switala, Eric Freess (barages), Daniel Garonnat, Kevin Perrotin (pre qualification), Jean Paul Six, Adrie Tachoire and Eric Kremer-Leclaire will be played in three rounds, each with eight groups.

Tomorrow (Saturday) the best for the final banquet show up with 24 players, including the eleven Masters.
Pierre Soumagne, Eric Kremer-Leclaire, Jean Paul Six, Damien Queney, Joel Auburtin and Stéphane Friedel are playing for their home crowd in Laxou.
