Willy Gérimont, second title in a row in the balk-line games

SAINT-MAUR - The French player Willy Gérimont continued his successful tournament at the French Masters with a second title. After two wins in the national tournaments this season in one cushion and balk-line 47/2 and after one gold and two bronze medals at the French Masters this week, the Chartres players took his second Masters title in his career at the Masters in the 47/2, in which he defeated Pascal Dessaint in the final 250-60 in seven innings.

Pascal Dessaint (average 26.64) have to stay in the waiting room for winning his first Masters title. He played his best match in five innings and the highest run of the tournament with 239. Xavier Le Roy finished 24.72, David Jacquet, who played the best match of the tournament by beating Nicolas Gérassimopoulos in two innings (250-8), had an overall average of 25.55.

The places five until eight went to Johann Petit, Emmanuel Lefranc, Jean-François Florent and Nicolas Gérassimopoulos.
