Gallery Video stops
All video stops in the middle and the clocklike icon appears.
This problem has been continuing for more than a weak.

I don't think local problem
It doesn't play well especially final game or so many watched replay video.
That means the popular video was being trafficed by members from all over the world.
That's why the video stopped and playing slowly.
Kozoom have to supply more servers.

Too much buffering
I cannot see one video for two days caused by too much buffering.
I don't want to extend my preminum pass again if it continues.

I just watchedg the video and don't have any of these problems.
To exclude any local problems I again strongly suggest to check everything.
Below a copy about these kind of problems. (You can find it in the FAQ.)

I ‘m facing difficulties to access the livestreams and/or other videos , what’s wrong ?

Make sure have installed the latest Flash Player update. Check your internet connection. Investigate possible network-restrictions. Make sure a Firewall is not blocking or narrowing the connection. Also run a performance test on your local computer to make sure it’s running clean. Try to access a livestream on a different computer on a different location (if possible). Should problems persist, please contact Kozoom and provide us as much information as possible about the situation.

Gallery video stops...
I had the same problem with the videos of the gallery for two days..Today,there is no problem..
The videos work properly...I don't know of course what should be going on at another time but it
is fact now that the problem does not seems that the Flash Player which is not installed
onto my computer,did not play any role in this case...Nevertheless,I did not realized the reason
of this disable.Perhaps it was a connection's temporatory problem...hope this might help anyone
with the same problem....

Not a local problem
Heidi! You say it's a local problem, but I don't agree with you on this matter.
There are many subscribers complaining about this simultaneously.
Please look into this matter ASAP. Thank you.

I didn't adjusted anything in my PC but it is alright today.
There is no problem in streaming.

I hope not.
I had no problem in streaming until ,may be , two weeks ago.
But I experienced a naggig problem thereafter, so I compained about it many times here.
Suddenly today, the problem was resolved spontaneously.
It could be a temporary fix, but I hope not.
Anyawy, the problem is/was a worldwide one, not limited to a person or a specific country.
I hope the problem can be resolved ASAP like me and perfectly ,so we can enjoy Kozoooom
without any anoyance.

i live in argentina south america and i have many problems for streaming videos. i have the last version of flash player and i cant see actual videos. If i look to old videos they stream well!. i think Kozoom is having problems with the new ones...

Soy de san diego yt no me permite ver los videos mas recientes , hay algo que se pueda hacer o se va a resolver solo como a los demas espectadores on line
