Welcome to the brand new Kozoom Pool Billiard Platform which is being launched during the Eurotour 9-Ball in Sarajevo.
This platform will be filled, step by step, with information and exclusive content: News, Results & Player Profiles (soon), Videos, Photos, the Pool simulator, an Agenda and a Forum.
If you want to enjoy all functionalities (exclusively) a Premium Pas needs to be purchased.
How does the website work ?
You can visit this website anonymous and check for news, results, player profiles, photos, the agenda and read the posts in the Forum. A logical next step is to register yourself by creating an account (this if for free), this already grants you access to watch livestreams (if offered for FREE), to post comments, watch the Livescore and to post in the FORUM.
During this registration process you'll be asked to provide some specific information like:
- Your Nickname: this will be the default name when you contribute to the community by posting comments, messages etc.
- If you would like to receive the Kozoom Newsletter: you'll be informed regularly by Kozoom in case of upcoming events, hot news and new products in the Kozoom Store.
- Player Link request: if you check the box, this will allow you to manage your Player Profile on Kozoom. We merge your registration account to your Profile and you'll be able to update your picture, add equipment,logo and sponsors etc. Keep in mind that it takes some time before we process this request....still a lot of data needs to be imported, there's quite a queue. Kozoom can ask to proof your identity to avoid abuse.
After a successful registration you'll receive a welcome email which you need to validate.
After validation you can login to the Kozoom Pool website !
When you click on the "Account" button after registration you'll get an overview about: your Personal Information, Player Profile (if applicable), Customer Support, the Comments you posted and your Premium Pass Payment status.
If you want to have unlimited access to the exclusive content on this website, you can choose to buy a "Premium Pass". On top of being a registered user this gives you the privilige to watch the Livestream, to use the Live-Chat function, to access the video gallery and to see,create and share sequences in the Instruction section. Your Premium Pass will only be valid on the language and type of Magazine where you purchased it !
How do I purchase a Premium Pass?
- Login first
- Make sure you're in the desired language on the right Magazine (For now only english is available)
- Click on the Premium Pass banner or go to http://www.kozoom.com/en/pool-billiard/premium-pass/ You'll see the different duration, prices and payment methods. (If you own a Free code due to a promotional campaigne, paste this in the proper field, instead of paying.)
- You'll be redirected to a secured payment page by Ogone. Just follow the instructions in your display.
After a succesfull payment, just log off and on again to see your status turning into "Premium Pass".
Attention: The Monthly Pass will be automatic renewed and can only be purchased by CreditCard. In case of cancellation, we apply a 1 Month notice. In this case it's not possible to take a Monthly Pass for exactly 1 month. The price is based on a longer-term subscription. We stimulate the Yearly Pass by giving extra discount. Keep in mind that longer Term subscriptions makes it possible for us to cover a lot of tournaments all over the world, produce a lot of content, being on top of the news all the time !
Note: If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, there's a 2-4 days delay before the money is being credited to the Kozoom Bankaccount. Take into consideration that instant access is normally not possible with this type of payment. If you can proof your pending payment, you can contact the support service and ask to have your Premium Pass activated the same day.
