With the Italian Open, the start of this year's EPBF Euro-Tour approaching, KOZOOM POOL comes up with some great improvements for our customers.
First of all, the video quality has been increased dramatically! With the new and powerful H264 encoding, we are now able to provide a maximum resolution of 960x540 for all TV table matches. The mono cam streams will increase to a 640x360 resolution. This is great news for all premium pass holders; they can now watch their favorite player perform LIVE in even better quality than before. It will feel like one is part of the action!
With the experiences from last season, we are now ready to introduce a new payment system for our premium membership. We have four different passes available from now on:
1 day premium membership for 9,99€
10 days premium membership for 24,99€
3 months premium membership for 49,99€
1 year membership for 99,99€
The old membership categories have been suspended. Annual memberships that have been paid for will of course remain valid until the 12 month period is over.
The monthly membership with the automatic renewal will not be available for new customers any more. However, existing monthly passes with automatic renewal will remain valid until such time when the customer either manually terminates the automatic renewal through his account or his credit card expires. Once cancelled, the monthly payment will not be accessible anymore. This new system should cover all needs of our customers in the future.
