The next step has been achieved to make Kozoom.com even better. From now on, all players who have registered on Kozoom.com can access their own matches that have been recorded when their account member is linked to their player profile. The Beta version of this new service already includes matches from the latest European Championships in North Cyprus
HOW CAN I GET IT?
In order to have access to your own recorded matches, send us an email through the website and let us know the email address of your kozoom.com account as well as your first name, last name and nationality. We will then connect your member account to your player profile and you will find the video(s) available in your member account. These videos can be downloaded if you have a yearly pass. They can be streamed when you have an active monthly pass. If you are not a premium member yet, you can watch the first minute of your match for free and check the contents available.
PLEASE NOTE
Since the last two events, all matches which were streamed were also recorded. However, due to technical circumstances beyond our control, it is possible that you will not find all your matches in your account. Some matches got lost through power failure, internet cut, etc. If you have an annual pass, contact us asap and get your account linked to your player profile and get access to all your matches from the past two and from all upcoming events TODAY.
