Strickland：Too old to win?

In the afternoon on January 5, "JOY CUP" World Chinese 8-Ball Masters 2015, first stage. 54-year-old Earl Strickland comparing with what he has gained in the past is full of regrets and pities for the game.

Strickland is rather upset about the results, which is 4:13 to Shi Hanqing (CHN) and 5:13 to Karl Boyes (GBR). He owns the results to his growing age and about the situation. Yet mostly, because of his personal factors.
The old-timer was not willing to acknowledge the defeat after the to failures. Facing the reporters, he found the source of the disappointments, repeating his own reasons again and again. What's more, he said that was confused by his opponents` interrupt and contempt who treated him friendly before the competition.
"I'm disappointed of losing my match, there was a lot of factors, like my age and have not got enough energy, but those are my personal reason.", said from Strickland.

"I`m very outstanding person, I act as what my personality is,would show out every thing in my mind."
"after 2 matches, I realized the game is very tough. It's never like the pool that I played ever, the pockets are small, you have to make every shot perfect. I need to turn myself into the best condition."
