Double weekend in the Bundesliga

MAGDEBURG/ST WENDEL - The BC Magdeburg team, the 2019 champion, is leading the German bundesliga after two rounds of play. The main pursuers are St. Wendel, BC International Berlin and BC Elversberg. These four teams in the top won their matches. BC München is the defending champion. This weekend the third and fourth round of play are coming up.

BC Weywiesen is one of the top teams in the line-up with its strongest players. The team started the competition with losses to BC St. Wendel and BC Elversberg. BC Weywiesen is aiming for its first successes in this season. The team from Bottrop has already announced the line-up with world champion Torbjörn Blomdahl, Belgian Roland Forthomme, Torsten Frings and Christian Rudolph or Tom Löwe.

Magdeburg and Berlin meet on the third match day. The winner of that match will be the leader on Saturday night. Weywiesen hosts defending champion BC München on Saturday and plays Erlangen on Sunday.

It will be looking forward to the presentation of the strong Bottrop team and also the match on Saturday in Berlin. There, BC International, ranked third, meets the frontrunner BC Magdeburg. If Berlin can play with Martin Horn and Nikos Polychronopoulos, it will clearly have an advantage.

BC International - BC Magdeburg
BCC Witten - BC Elversberg
BC Weywiesen - BC München
BSV Velbert - BC St.Wendel
BG AGB Xanten - ATSV Erlangen
