Dick Jaspers shows his form in Mexico

Dick Jaspers travelled in the weeks before the start of the Dutch championship to Mexico. There he gave some demonstrations in three cushion and he won a tournament in San Luis Potosi. The tournament was played with 125 players with a small handicap. Jaspers beat Luis Avila from Mexico in the semi finals with 30-7 and Rodolfo Covarrubias with 30-18 in the final.

The Dutch player did demonstrations in Iguala, Tulancingo and Toluca. He returned just before the start of the competition, where he lost in the first round against Eddy Merckx. Jaspers is the defending champion next week in the Dutch Masters in Nijverdal. He won the Dutch title thirteen times.
