Gandia, Coral Colon, Montmeló and Paiporta in semi finals

GANDIA - Thanks to 6-2 win in his last match, Coral Colon has qualified for the semi finals in the Spanish championship for teams. Ricardo Garcia was the star of the evening for Coral Colon with a match in seventeen innings against Alcantrilla player Jose Guirao Diego: 40-6. Dani Sánchez led his team with a win against Raul Hernandez (in 22) to the final battle, which will be launched this morning (Sunday) at 10.00.

Gandia Cafemax with Frédéric Caudron and Eddy Lapping plays against Paiporta with Javier Palazón, Ruben Legazpi and Antonio Ortiz. Coral Colon with Dani Sánchez, Josep Maria Mas, Carlos Crespo and Ricardo Garzcia faces Montmeló with Sergio Jimenez and Javier Yeste de Pablo.

Gandia Cafemax remained unbeaten in the group matches, won twice by 8-0 and in his last match against Gran Match, 6-2. Frédéric Caudron played the best match in the preliminaries against Rafael Garrido, 40-10 in sixteen innings.

Paiporte was qualified with three match points out of three games. In the last match the team defeated Cartagena, the leader at that moment. Coral Colon lost one match against Cartagena, won the two other matches and finished as the number one in Group B.
