ZEVENBERGEN - The sixteen players are ready for take off, the billiards room is perfect, Kozoom has focused its cameras to broadcast the matches, so let the audience come in. Today, the junior European championship three cushion breaks loose in Biljartcentrum Amorti in Zevenbergen (Netherlands).

Sixteen young players, with a long future ahead, divided in four groups of four, compete for the coveted European title.

Major players at the European championships laid the foundation for great careers such as Filippos Kasidokostas, with his European senior title, Ömer Karakurt, Javier Palazón and Glenn Hoffman.

Who will be the successors?

The strong Portuguese Joao Ferreira? Or Berkay Karakurt, the younger brother of the reigning champion Ömer Karakurt?

The Dutch and the Belgians, with Jordy de Kruijf and Michael Vink for the home land and Andy de Bondt and Wesley van Apers for Belgium, or the Spaniards Sergio Aparicio and Antonio Montes, are they good enough to make a bid for the podium places?
