The world's billiard federation announced news concerning sanctions

LAUSANNE/ROSMALEN - The UMB, world billiards federation, has posted a the news on its website stating that the suspensions of players who participated in PBA tournaments have reached the expiration date of July 14. That means, these players can participate in events in the upcoming period. The Dutch federation KNBB has informed two of its players, Glenn Hofman and Jean Paul de Bruijn, that they are welcome at the Grand Prix in Rosmalen, which will be played from August 20-29.

The suspension period for participants in PBA tournaments, which were not recognized by the UMB, applied from July 15, 2019 to July 14, 2020. UMB announced that any successive equal infringement, from July 15, will result in an equal suspension for a new period of one calendar year. The UMB will continue to monitor players' participation in unrecognized international events and apply appropriate sanctions in accordance with its statutes and rules. The next PBA event is scheduled for October 1-4, 2020.

The next tournament in the period without suspensions is the first three-cushion Grand Prix in the Netherlands in the new season. Players can register for that tournament until Saturday July 25. Hans de Bruin, KNBB, assures: "Glenn Hofman and Jean Paul de Bruijn have indicated that they want to participate and they get our access."

Grand Prix participation is moving towards an increase in the number of players compared to last season's tournaments. The participation is currently at 117 with a number of new faces, such as Gerwin Valentijn and Ben Velthuis, who stayed away for for many years in the Grand Prix cycle.

The news for the World Cup in Veghel, which is still on the UMB calendar from October 25-31, depends on the travel options of players, as the UMB informed the Dutch organizers. Final decision will follow as soon as possible.

The Right Suitable Truth and the To Break Wind Occurrences
The Right Suitable Truth and the To Break Wind Occurrences

Viruses, Fungi, and Protozoa (microscopic bacteria) can cause pain, disease and eventually death in others. More than an Opinion, this is a scientific proved Fact: The Truth.

Is this honorable, to cause this in others? Is this honorable, to play such a part?

Because they cannot do other than that, to survive, Viruses, Fungi and Protozoa can cause pain, disease and eventually death in others, but just to survive. More than an Opinion, this is a scientific proved Fact: The Truth.

Is this honorable, to cause this in others to survive? Is this honorable, to play such a part?

Can we come to the conclusion that Truth is everywhere and that we just need to find the Right Truth to apply to our goals, The Right Suitable Truth?

Can this Right Suitable Truth apply to the Huge Multi-Bacteria (Human Species, for instance)? Is there honor when we hurt others, when we cause pain in others, having nothing to do with our survival? Is there honor when we hurt others, when we cause pain in others, using no other mechanism than power given by those who are hurt or in pain, knowing that they cannot recall full power easily? Is this just to show through how victims have become so vulnerable that there is no need to take the easy way out? Is this honorable, to play such a part? And when survival applies? Is it ok, then? Is this honorable, to play such a part if survival applies?

Well, if honor is not the appropriate calibrated measure to judge the situation (if considering that honor doesn’t apply any longer because is just a fossil used by our ancestors, as a talking point, and we don’t even know the real meaning, any more), pick another virtue, please. Or, if we do not like virtues, please choose any dark behavior at your choice.

While playing and enjoying our 3C games, events or practicing, should we consider look at our 3C World up and down applying the previous equivalent thought process criteria? Not much to look at? Sure, we don’t. There’s no point in worrying ourselves over such miserable philosophical dumb-stupid break wind occurrences: when we are naive enough to give in our power, and we have no vaccine, we become sitting ducks. Now, we just have a consequential matter.

What Goes Around Comes Around.

The Right Post
My previous post “The Right Suitable Truth and the break wind occurrences” was meant for posting elsewhere and a mistake occurred. I saw that because the text needed a correction, more than 3 hours later. I’m looking for the right honorable available move, if honor applies. I must look at that.

Here is the real post to Kozoom:

If the 2 Players are from Netherlands, why would they need to get access from KNBB? They are, themselves, the Grand Prix as well all the other Dutch Players, isn’t this right? Having 3 Great Dutch Friends doesn’t give me the right to apply, for obvious reasons (I am not a Dutch), but they don’t need any authorization, they are that very right. And, after the Grand Prix, they can go to the PBA event, if they want to, to play or just to see the event and they will report that with no need “of monitoring players' participation in unrecognized international events to apply appropriate sanctions” and this will save a lot of money, which could be used more appropriately.

Players will gladly inform what they do and when they do it and there’s no need to maintain a Structure (1) for this kind of job, somehow unpleasant, I must say.
(1) an electronic tag fitted above the ankle in combination with GPS is ruled out, of course.

Suspension, suspension!
Yes, another good job by UMB on the expiry date of first suspension year.
Just curious, I looked into the UMB ranking latest edition.
Red remarks on the suspended players' name are removed.
It was easy to identify who are with PBA/LPBA when they were marked.

True carom fans may desire UMB put such management efforts into organizing own events than trying to throw cold water to successful PBA/LPBA events.
Seems despite of jealous worries and hostile curses to PBA by wackos, PBA overall is on right track with tailwind.

Does UMB really intend to resume conversation with the other new organization?

First time, I went through UMB ranking chart and impressed by 2,760 players on it.
From #944 down to #2760 have '0' UMB ranking point.
#944 happens to be a Korean PBA player Ko Sang Woon (also a PBA Team League player).

Hope UMB will continue this kind of great managerial job. But, where is the beef? MHQ.

To Jean Paul and Glenn
We understand you, quite well, but we cannot do anything within the existent Billiard Structures and it’s useless even to talk about that (in South Korea they had no choice and they will have no choice in Vietnam and there will be no choice in Europe or in America, too).

We are probably not distant from a PBA tour with an European Circuit and that will solve a lot of problems (long travel, to begin with), but within the great PBA project, we can move ourselves to create 3C Professional Billiards Associations in our countries and Regional convergent Associations and Netherlands is a hot spot, with Germany, Denmark, Belgium and France on the way in.

After the Grand Prix, if you do not travel to South Korea, why not to give a think on such a project, in Netherlands, looking closely what the Mother place did?

We never know, until we know and thought is free (for now).

PS: I’m giving myself a long thought about a “3C Iberian Professional Billiard Association” as member of the PBA Tour.

Carom world situation created by UMB
Let's not expect UMB to be the solution, all too often UMB has been the problem.

Players (whether with UMB or PBA now) and national federations disconnected to reality had better realize the true facts brought in front of them.

Personal attacks and insults to old friends have to be ceased and apologized before too late.
No more malicious propaganda to the other party who is doing its own job very hard to bring new accomplishment to carom billiard sport community.

If UMB wakes up and influential members of CEB (who have closed their eyes) realize the new environment, we may hope good things will happen someday.

THE MANIFESTO
Following the 7th Commandment, short version (“If Players are dispensable items, and expelled, by UMB, UMB is a far beyond dispensable item, and is expelled, too, by Free Players. Free Players do not play along and do not give in to anger or hatred and will show no complaints, no regrets and no mercy in this two-way expulsion process”), Free Players, have no choice.

They are not SITTING DUCKS waiting the wild duck chase season.

Here is the MANIFESTO for the Creation of the National PBAs, citing “Iberian” (that you can change to Dutch, Greek, Turkish, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc.).

Only “smarts” and Hard Work is necessary to accomplish this. Our South Koreans Friends did accomplish the task and they are officially the record-breakers (pace and time). Will we stand up for our needs? Yes, we will.

Probably we will need more time to accomplish the task (we, Europeans, are not definitely so resilient and tough, but we are smart and brave, as our South Koreans friends are, and we still have HONOR- That “thing”- but our prospects always try to accommodate the special needs of everything, even if that thing doesn’t exist, which is bizarre, in order to stop doing what we need and have to do, as great lazybones).

If you have any doubts about this Project (we like independent conditioned opinions to be heard and you will like them too), please, contact Mr El Barki or His Deputy, and Future Chairman, Mr Ercan (LONG LIVE TURKISH 3C Billiards) – they have their phone nrs and @ at the Web Site, if they don't mind. They will give you the Right Suitable Direction, which they are entitled to, with precise instructions, if they feel that prudent and appropriate.

The (Iberian) 3C Professional Billiard Association Manifesto

The (Iberian) PBA is created for the development of 3C Billiards, to supply ONLY National 3C needs and will respect the Principles of the PBA Tour (a World Event) and will apply for Member of the PBA Tour, if allowed to (!).

In The (Iberian) PBA only (Iberians) (1) are able to apply to compete at Individual and Team Events.

The (Iberian) PBA registered Players are free to apply to all events they want to and free to participate in Team Competitions within other organizations other than the (Iberian) PBA Tour, while participating in (Iberian) PBA Teams, if that does not conflict with The (Iberian) PBA calendar.

As PBA Tour Member The (Iberian) PBA Players may apply to the PBA Main World Event depending on their National Performances following the rules implemented by the PBA Tour (green Cards, Try-Outs, etc.) or apply directly at their own expenses, following the Rules.

All the Organization will be a perfect copy of the World PBA Tour, from the 3rd Division to the Dream Team (2nd Division) and Main Tour (1st Division), try-outs, Q-Scholl, etc., with a fixed number of Events and a Final, to the Playing System and Phases and Individual Ranking System (this implies that Players will have distinct Permanent Rankings - National and International levels) and adjustable Prize Money, noting that whatever changes at the World PBA Tour will change at the (Iberian) PBA Tour.

PS: (1) Including Residents, of course. We are a FREEDOM GUARANTEED PLACE.

Question:
Why do you think Top Players did agree to concurrent events with PBA, risking their reputation?

Answer:

(Gold): “They didn’t know”
(Silver): “Because they had a premonition that the PBA event would have a registered “chatter” named ‘DE JAVU’ (1)
(Bronze): “Because”

(1)We can confirm that: DE JAVU not “Déjà Vu” or “DEJA VU”

KBF expelled PBA players, not SUSPENDED
It is nonsense UMB is still keeping Korean PBA/LPBA players in the UMB ranking.
I do not know what CEB, CPB,Vietnam Federation and Japan Federation have done to the PBA/LPBA players from their region.
But, last year KBF expelled about 400 players as soon as they had participated in the PBA Try-Out.
KBF did not suspend them. Expelled them and it means the players are not in KBF ranking anymore.

Consequently, UMB is supposed to erase all of the ex-KBF players from UMB Ranking immediately.

KBF has recently expelled another 44 Men and 6 Ladies players who joined PBA 2nd Season last June.
And next month, the 3rd Division PBA Tour (which will be called CHALLENGE TOUR) will be started and another 300 some players will be registered as PBA player.
Obviously, KBF will expel them who are registered players in KBF.

If UMB still feels better by using 'SUSPENDED' in the UMB Ranking(red letters!), OK at its disposal.
There will be better ways to warn UMB players not to even think of becoming PBA players futurewards.
