World's best young players live on Kozoom

The World Championship in San Javier with Haeng Jik Kim who defends his title.

SAN JAVIER - Would you like to watch the world's best young billiard players (under 21) battle for the world title in three cushion? Well, you can see the live images directly or in replay on Kozoom this week (Thursday to Saturday) and you may not miss this opportunity.

The sixteen best players will meet each oher at the World Championship that will be held in the Spanish town San Javier near Murcia, the home town of one of the favorite Spanish players: David Zapata.
 
The Kozoom viewers of course are regularly treated to images of World Cup tournaments, major championships, league matches and lots of matches with the world class players, such as Torbjörn Blomdahl, Eddy Merckx, Frédéric Caudron, Dick Jaspers, Dani Sánchez, Marco Zanetti, Filippos Kasidokostas, Kyung-Roul Kim, Martin Horn , Sung-Won Choi and all the other protagonists.

But what about the development of the new coming young players, who still are a small but significant step away from the top of three-cushion.
 
The Korean Haeng Jik Kim has already shown that he is not backing away for an average of 1.500. The European champion David Zapata and his fellow countryman David Martinez also have the quality to perform on high level.

The World Championship will show how far the young talents are on their way to a great career.

Kozoom will bring all these matches into your room from the start on Thursday until the final on Saturday.

The World Championship is played in Centro Civicio Principe Asturias in San Javier.

The match length in the preliminaries is to 25 caroms, from the quarter-finals to 35 caroms, both in the group stages and in the knockout phase with an equalizing inning.
