Please take a look at your browser, cache and perhaps your Flash Player settings.
A logout and login can also help. You got any feedback from other Kozoom members they faced the same problem ?

Sometimes the score is there, sometimes no.
When I click the score button begins to find it with the circle rotating, and never comes.
Sometimes I try to review a portion of a match, beggining in the middle, for example, and the scores never appears.
If I play the match from the begining and wait the score to appear, if it appear then I can go forward to another point of the match and the scores too.
Not every time do the same. Is not a problem of the video I think.
I think the problem is that the video and the scores are separate things and not syncronize well.
It's annoying because you want to know how the match is going on and you can't.
It would be nice that sometimes a camera point to the screen showing the scores for a few seconds when the players ends an inning, perhaps. At least to have a point of reference from that moment.
I had these problems from the beggining, is not a new problem for me. But it was worsening lately.
Thank you.
Regards

Take into considerations that it can take some time for option 2 for the score to be updated. Some patience is needed and further scrolling does not solve the problem.
If no score is being shown, check if the "scoregraph" button is present. Close/Open your browser. Login again and start the video again. Normally it should be ok.
We always recommend to clean your browser's cache regurlarly, check for Flash Player updates and to re-login to avoid problems.

What's the reason that the Videoplayer would be unable to load the scores?
It's enough with being updated with Flash Player?
The last update of Flash uses a lot more memory than previous version.
I only open the Kozoom page and go to the task manager and can see a plugin container an two other processes running Flas Player plugins allocating a lot of memory each one.
Adding Firefox (250 MB)+plugin container (108 MB) +2 Flash Player (160 MB).
Almost 500 MB without playing a video replay. Everything updated with the latest versions.
Suddenly, firefox begins to allocate more and more ram until it crashes.
Do you know something about these behavior?.
The only solution I found was to go back with Flash player to a previous version and the same with Firefox.
If you have any comment and these themes are too technical to discuss here, send me a email.
Thank you again.
