Top 2 from each group plus the two best 3rrd place finishers advance to the next round based on W/L, Total Points, Head to Head, Points Against (if needed)

30 point matches

Top 2 from each group advance to the Finals based on Win/Loss, Average

Additionally
There will be playoff matches for places 9 thru 12 (the 4 third place finishers play knockout)

There will be playoff matches for places 13 thru 16 (the 4 fourth place finishers play knockout)
